Your private workspace
Files imported into the studio on our homepage are read in this browser. The workspace does not send your file, sleep records, journal, or questions to our server. No account is needed. We do not run browser session replay or client error telemetry.
Memory first. Saving is your choice.
Personal records live in this tab by default and remain available when you open a guide and return. Reloading or closing the tab clears unsaved records. If you turn on Remember on this device, records and your journal are saved unencrypted in browser storage. Anyone with access to this browser profile may be able to read them. Clear my data removes the workspace records and journal from memory and saved storage. Browser backups and files you downloaded are outside that control.
Optional local AI
Enabling AI downloads a model and runtime assets from the providers named in the download panel. Those services receive normal network details such as your IP address. Your sleep summary and questions are processed locally by WebGPU, not sent to a chat service. Model caches contain model files, not your chat. Browser site-data settings can remove these caches.
Ads and public pages
Personal workspace screens contain no advertising frames or ad scripts. On public guide pages, you can choose to load an ad from A-Ads. The ad is isolated in a sandboxed cross-origin frame with no referrer and no sleep data passed to it. The provider may still see your IP address and device information. We cannot guarantee third-party privacy practices.
Normal web requests
Our hosting and network providers receive information needed to serve the site, such as IP address, request path, and browser headers. Visiting a site is not anonymous just because its analysis runs locally. Do not put personal information in a URL.
Existing accounts and feedback
The older account-based dashboard is separate from the private studio. Data you previously submitted there may remain on the server. Feedback forms submit the text you choose to send. The Clear my data button in the studio does not delete historical account records or submitted feedback.
