Your sleep data tells a story. Start here.
Look beyond a single score and learn which patterns deserve your attention.
Start with the bigger picture
A single night is a snapshot. Look at at least two weeks of recorded nights to see how duration and timing vary. KnowNaps compares the latest seven recorded nights with the previous seven, so gaps in a wearable export matter.
Duration is a starting point
The CDC recommends at least seven hours for adults aged 18–60. Sleep needs vary with age and individual circumstances. Use the target in your workspace as a personal reference, not a medical threshold.
Consistency is something you can see
Compare bedtime across nights and notice whether your routine shifts on weekends. KnowNaps uses a circular average so 11:50 p.m. and 12:10 a.m. are treated as nearby times. Missing timing data stays missing.
A wearable is one perspective
An estimate of deep or REM sleep does not explain how you feel on its own. Devices and algorithms differ. Keep track of your experience alongside the numbers, and discuss persistent sleep concerns with a healthcare professional.
General education only. Persistent sleep problems deserve a conversation with your healthcare professional.
